AccessCare Pathways LLC was founded by a Registered Nurse with years of direct clinical experience caring for patients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

Through direct clinical experience, our founder saw how transportation barriers can affect patients, families, and healthcare organizations - from coordinating appointments and discharges to ensuring time-sensitive healthcare needs are handled appropriately.

AccessCare Pathways was created to bridge that gap. We bring a healthcare-informed approach to patient transportation, with attention to communication, coordination, confidentiality, and the individual needs of those we serve.

AccessCare Pathways was founded from firsthand clinical experience and an understanding of how transportation can affect access to care and the overall patient experience. As a Registered Nurse, I bring a healthcare-informed perspective to how our services are designed, coordinated, and delivered.
